Former pair of cottages, now one house. C17, mid C19, and C20. Exposed timber-frame, bricknogged; the extension being of flint with brick quoins. The thatched roof is hipped at the north end, and at the south end joins the tile roof of the extension, eaves raised above the dormers. A building of several phases, beginning as a timber-framed dwelling, and later formed as a pair, and then extended in the mid C19 at the south side, and C20 at the north side. One storey and attic, two above four windows. Casements, some with Gothic lights. Two mid C19 brick gabled porches each with tiled roof, Tudor doorway, plinth, and boarded door in a plain frame. C20 rear wing at the north side, with hipped tile roof and brick walls.
