Early C19. Altered. 2 storeys plus attic. Stuccoed; slate roof. Ground floor
with central 6-panelled door with modern radial fanlight and within a deeply projecting
broad porch. The porch with unfluted Doric columns carrying bold arches and a
balcony with early C19 iron railings of a less common design with adorsed wings.
To the left, first, a modern window within an unmoulded arch with bold keystone
and then a flush sash window with glazing bars and shutters. To the right of the
porch another flush sash with glazing bars and shutters. Broad band at 1st floor
level. 1st floor with central narrow casement giving onto the porch balcony with,
left and right, a single narrow casement with shutters. These windows give onto
small balconies also with early C19 railings of the adorsed wings pattern. Moulded
eaves cornice. On the left return, much modern tile-hanging and, on the right,
more windows with small balconies with early C19 railings. At the rear a range
of offices terminating in an C18 pedimented frontispiece.
