C16 cottage of 2 storeys and attic, 3 windows irregularly placed. Dormer
only at rear in tiled roof of fairly high pitch. Malmstone walls with
brick dressings. Modern casement windows under segmental brick arches.
Old brick porch to rear with steps mounting inside it. Modern addition
to East. At south-east corner a high, curved old brick wall, with moulded
coping, which formerly connected the cottage with Heath House (now demolished).
