30 yards north-west
of Oriel College
Farmhouse.

GV II

Barn at right-angles to the roadway, with a lower narrower stable block
extending along the roadside. C18 and early C19. Timber-frame of 3 bays with
aisles on 3 sides and central entrances: Queen post truss. Hipped thatch
roof with catslide on the west side, with a thatch canopy on that side supported
on brackets on each side of the doorway. Boarded walls. The stable block has
a hipped thatch roof. Along the roadside the wall next to the barn is boarded,
but the eastern half is of flint, merging with the boundary wall to the house:
on the courtyard side there are many doors and windows, with boarded walls.
