Early C18. A symmetrical front (west) of 2 storeys, having a central entrance flanked
by 1/2-octagonal full-height bays (each with 3 lights) and wide side walls having one
window. Tile roof, 1/2-hipped at ends, hipped above the bays, brick dentil eaves; above
the centre is a pediment/gable with brick dentil band and verges, containing a painted
lunette. Central shafted stack. Red brick walling in Flemish bond, rubbed flat arches
to the ground-floor, with thin brick keystones to the centre of the bays, plinth.
Upper casements with old leaded lights, sashes to the ground-floor bays, painted
windows above the door and to the east side ground-floor. The doorway has a moulded
architrave, plain frieze, and moulded canopy, with a 6-panelled door. The other
elevations continue the traditional form, and at the rear there are some old leaded
casements and a similar doorcase.
