1773. Formerly a Rectory, and area 1900. 2 storeys, with attic and basement,
5 windows. South front of symmetrical form, with a tall hipped tile roof, 2 flat
roofed dormers, and large fully-moulded cornice. Red brick walling in header
band, rubbed flat arches, stone cills, high plinth. Sashes in reveals. Plain
central doorway. Additions of the later period include a large single-storeyed
½ octagonal bay at the east side, a set back wing on the west end of 2 storeys,
2 windows: and a single stone entrance unit along the north side of the 3 bay
east elevation. The bay and the entrance block have brickwork enrichment including
parapet mouldings and keystones to arches.
