Circa 1910. Voysey style house, destined by Dan Gibson, architect, of Windermere.
2 storeys and attic. Asymetrical facades, varied in form but with simple
traditional details. Red tile roofing, with differing ridge levels, gables,
half-hipped gable, cabled dormer, flat-roofed dormers on each side of main
chimney stack, main form hipped. White painted rendered walling, battered
buttress on each side of open porch, hoods to windows. Casements in exposed
frames, of 2, 3, 4 and 5 lights, square leaded. Hipped tile roof to single
storey side porch.
