Early C19. Altered symmetrical front (south) of 2 storeys, 3 windows, with a
forward-projecting wing at the west side. Hipped slate roof, small modillion stone
eaves. Blue and brindle brick walling in Flemish bond, plastered flat arches, stone
cills, battered plinth. Sashes in reveals, one very large Victorian sash at the west
side. Fine stone Ionic doorcase, with pediment, pulvinated frieze, ¾ smooth columns,
and half-glazed door. Other elevations have large angular brick bays to the
ground-floor. Jacobean style staircase within. There is a sundial (obscured) dated
1842.
