GV II

C15, C16, C19. Early C19 front of 2 storeys, 4 upper windows. Red tile roof,
eaves fillet. Rendered walls. Sashes in exposed frames. Ground floor is a
continuous shopfront, with 3 windows (2 are angular bays) and 2 entrances, all
within a framework of pilasters, supporting a cornice and frieze. A large rear
extension retains its timber frame (exposed in the gables) and there is a leaded
casement upstairs, a 6-panelled door in a solid frame, chimney breast, heavy
beams and a surviving late medieval casement with diagonal wooden mullions.
