Detached house. Mid-late C19, with later extension to rear. Red
brick with incised render to the facade; slate roof; brick
stacks. Rectangular plan with later lean-to to rear. Two
storeys. Symmetrical 3-windowed facade facing away from the road
with 12-pane sashes with multiple keystones to the ground and first
floor. Central 6-panel door with 4 glazed panels and a hall light
with geometric glazing bars within a flat-roofed wrought iron
porch. Three segmental-headed 2-light casements with horizontal
glazing bars to the ground floor of the lean-to extension, one C20
three-light wooden casement and a 2-light casement with early
leaded panes to the first floor. Hipped roof to main body.
Gable-end stacks. Interior retains its original staircase with
turned balusters.
