Dwelling in row. Early C18. Limestone ashlar with V-jointed alternating quoins,
stone slates to steeply-pitched hipped roof over moulded cornice. Stone
and brick stack, left, and brick stack forward, right. Two storeys,
3-windowed, replacement sashes with horizontal and vertical bar in stone
moulded architrave with capped keystone and bullnose moulded cills. Central
6-panel door, part glazed, in eared architrave taken to non-classical stops
and with pediment over pulvinated frieze. A very handsome little building
elevated above the usual street vernacular.
