House in row. Late C18. Smooth rendered rubble, but inset brick panel in
wall plane, left set over 4-course cut limestone plinth at same height as
in adjoining dwelling, No 75 (q.v.), Welsh slate roof with large brick stack
centrally. Two storeys and attic, two-windowed with small 2-light casement
gabled dormers, 2-light early C19 casements to first floor, and at ground
floor mid C20 metal casement set in brick panel, and sash, without bars,
to stone cill; to right is 4-panel flush door approached by two concrete
steps. Included primarily for group value.
