Detached house. Early C18. Coursed and random rubble limestone;
ashlar chimney; concrete tile roof. Two-storey with attic.
Front: 2-window fenestration, all ovolo-moulded 3-light casements
with linking hoodmoulds; ground floor hoodmould rising over stone
lintel to former central doorway, now with timber casement. Small
stone shelf to left of ground floor casement. Single-storey
addition to north end with reset oval window; 2-light attic
casement with hoodmould to main gable end above. Chimney with
plain cap to south end. Timber casement fenestration to rear.
Interior not inspected. Important position in Holloway Road.
