Detached house. Late C17, refronted late C18. Ashlar limestone
front, random rubble sides and rear; ashlar and artificial stone
rebuilt chimneys; stone slate roof. Two-storey with attic; long
rear range forming T-plan. North front: 5-window chamfered
mullioned casement fenestration, alternating 2 and 3-light. Off-
centre doorway with timber pediment on fluted pilasters; C20
glazed door. Plain upper floor and attic level bands. Two eaves-
mounted gabled dormers. Gable end chimneys. East side: gable end
of front range to right built against road with attic doorway
reached by short flight of stone steps. Mixed mullioned
fenestration to rear wing; eaves-mounted gabled roof dormer.
Interior not inspected but recorded as having C18 stone and plaster
fireplace and stone spiral staircases.
