Detached house. Late C17, roof raised late C18 or early Cl9.
Coursed and random rubble limestone; rubble chimney; concrete
tile roof. Two-storey with attic. Single-window fenestration to
south gable end, C20 altered to ground floor, 2-light chamfered
mullioned upper floor casement with hoodmould, single attic light
with flat hood. Lower original roofline visible in masonry.
Single 2-light casement to each floor on east side. C20 gabled
roof dormer. Lean-to addition at north end. No windows on west
side. Interior not inspected. A relatively unaltered example of a
late C17 squatter's house with no major additions.
