House at end of short row, set back from street. C18 or earlier. Limestone
ashlar, stone slate roof. Two storeys and attic, one-windowed; at ground floor
a 3-light wood casement and, to right, 4-panel flush door. First floor has
3-light C19 chamfer mullion casement and above a 2-light leaded casement gabled
dormer. Gable stacks. This is either a rebuild or an extension to Rosemary
Cottage (q.v.) with which it is continuous.
