Former detached house, now 2 houses. c1830. Painted ashlar and
brick; brick chimneys; Welsh slate roof. Two-storey block
(Berryfields House); 2-storey service wing (North Berryfields).
South front: 2-window fenestration, glazed doors to ground floor
sheltered by Regency ironwork canopy; 12-pane C20 sashes to upper
floor with louvred external shutters. Plain upper floor band;
hipped roof with projecting bracketed eaves. East side: unbanded
brickwork; scattered openings, large oval stair light above
central projecting porch with fluted Greek Doric columns; moulded
architraves to doorway with moulded panelled door. Sash to each
floor to right, both C20. Service wing to right has 3-window 9-
pane upper floor sash fenestration; outbuildings to ground floor
behind screen wall. West side: 3-window sash fenestration, 12-
pane to ground floor, 9-pane above, all with keyed flat arches.
Three-window 12-pane sash fenestration to service wing to left and
doorway with C19 open gabled timber porch.
