Detached house. Late C18-early C19. Coursed squared and dressed limestone, stone slate roof, corrugated-iron to single-storey outbuilding extending back rear right and at rear of smithy, ashlar stacks, one C20 artificial stack. Rectangular main body with single storey smithy right. Two-storey, two-windowed facade to house part. Three-light stone-mullioned casements to ground floor, two-light stone-mullioned casements to first floor, some retaining glazing bars, stopped hoods over windows to both floors. Central five-panel front door within dressed stone surround. Top-opening window with glazing bars to smithy, double plank doors far right. Flat coping at gable ends, gable-end stacks to house part. Axial stack to smithy.
