south of east end of chancel in
churchyard of Church of St. Mary

GV II

Chest tomb. Sherred family, earliest decipherable inscription
1844. Limestone. Moulded plinth and capping on base. Single
step tent top. Incised end panels, fielded side panels with
flanking strips breaking up to south-east. Leaning to north at
time of survey (August 1985).
