Detached house, formerly a farmhouse. Early/mid C19. Coursed and
dressed stone with flush quoins and dressings, stone slate roof,
stone end stacks with offset and moulded cornice. Single front
range with 2 rear ranges, 2 storeys and attic. Four small gables,
each with small paired iron glazing bar casement and stone lintel,
12-pane sashes on first floor with flush stone lintel and quoins,
three similar 12-pane on ground foor with wide gabled porch to
right of centre in bay 3, with chamfered triangular headed archway
and inner door of 6 panels, top 2 glazed, rest flush. Internal
shutters remain to front on ground floor.
