Early C18, restored mid-C19 incorporating earlier material. 2 storeys, coursed
rubble, partly squared, ashlar quoins and dresings; plain tile roof with coped
verges: chamfered plinth returned downwards at doorway (a C17 vernacular detail).
2 windows on each floor flanking doorways, 2 light hollow chamfered mullion
type on ground floor,single light on 1st floor. SE gable-end has steps to upper
floor and above the door a pretty 4 light traceried window in perpendicular style
(square-headed with quatre-foil super-lights; probably C19). Low single storey
stable extension to left with slate roof, 2 doors, each with flanking windows.
Interior: 5 trusses with cambered collars and 2 rows of 'butt purlins; NB:plank
ridge.
