II
Detached house. Late C18 - early C19. Coursed squared and dressed
stone, limestone slate roof, brick stacks on ashlar stumps. Main
body rectangular in plan with single storey outbuilding, not of
special interest, attached rear right. 2-storeys, symmetrical 2-
windowed facade lit by 2 and 3-light double-chamfered, stone-
mullioned casements. Band between ground and first floor windows.
C20 central plank front door within flat-chamfered surround with
keystone. Flat gable-end coping and gable-end stacks. Interior
not inspected. Not to be confused with Ganborough House (q.v.).
