Large semi-detached house. Mid C18. Pebbledash render on cemented
plinth, stone slate roof, 3 stone end and ridge stacks to front and
one ridge stack to rear range. L-plan with small ranges in angle,
2 storeys and attic. Four bays, mostly 16-pane sashes to first
floor with one above another in left end bay, in painted plain
architraves. Small 2-light casement in bay 2 with stone doorcase
below with large flat hood on console brackets, 6-panel door, top 2
glazed, centre fielded, lower flush beaded. Small high 3-light to
left, and 2 large C19 canted bays to right with 8/16/8-pane sashes,
moulded wood cornice and 'pilaster' strips between windows.
Scattered casement fenestration to right hand return. Trefoil head
2-tier railings and gate in wrought iron, set into moulded stone
plinth, completely across front facade, with short returns to house
of about 1.5m.
