Detached house. Late C17; front range dated 1794. Random
rubble limestone, roughcast render to front; brick rebuilt
chimneys; stone slate and concrete tile roofs. Two-storey with
attic; L-plan. West front: 2-window fenestration, all 12-pane
sashes with moulded architraves. Central pedimented doorway with
dentil enrichment, C20 door. Plain gutter-level band; parapet
with plain coping. Band extended to gable ends of front range,
interrupted by projecting chimney stacks. South side: stair
projection in angle with rear wing has 2-light chamfered mullioned
casement and catslide roof. C20 flat roofed porch to doorway with
3-light recessed chamfered mullioned casement having hoodmould to
left, single-light to right. Similar 3-light casement on north
side. Interior not inspected.
