Nos 38 and 40

II

End of terrace dwellings. Dated 1784, but C19 work to windows etc. Painted
thin-bedded squared stone, plain tile roof. Two storeys, top windows well down from
eaves, three windowed, two light casements with transom, plain glass but top
sub-lights sub-divided small square panes with wood glazing bars, all under exposed
wood lintels. Two modern doors.
