Large detached house. c1800 by Robert George, enlarged by 2 wings
in 1871 by William Clissold. Ashlar with hipped tile roofs, 2
central stacks and square glazed lantern. Central block has
cornice with bedmould, dentils and blocking course. 3 storeys. 7
windows, 3 on central block, plate glass sashes. Ground floor has
Doric portico with 4 pillars, cornice and blocking course, and
flanking windows with plate glass sash above and twin casements
below. Plate glass sashes to ground floor of wings.
