Circa 1700. Coursed rubble with concrete tile roof (stone tile to rear). Two storeys
(and attic). Street front altered mid C19 and has 2 randomly-placed plain sashes,
one paired. Modern gabled porch masking moulded doorway with panelled door. Ashlar
stacks with moulded caps. Coped gables, the south-west gable with ball-finial (and
mullion windows). The north-east front is stone roofed and has stone mullion and
transom windows with a continuous drip mould over the ground floor ones, returned
as far as porch to front. L-plan to rear with Tudor-arch doorway in extension and
a hipped-roof stair projection. lavender Cottage has an extension to north-west
which links with Rhoslynletty (qv). It is linked to the barn by a tall rubble wall;
the barn which is included for group value is rubble with stone tile roof; rectangular
in plan, 3 bays, wide draught doors blocked on south side; modern west extension to
barn not of interest.
