Early-mid C19 villa 3 storeys. Coursed and dressed rubble. Slate roof with coped
verges and enriched footstones. Three windows, glazing bar sashes with bracket
cornices, 2nd floor with flanking brackets to eaves. Central doorway with bracket
cornice and panel over, 4 panel door with large overlight. Panel over central window
inscribed "Park House".
Boundary railings to road have enriched heads, similar standards and dog-leg
stanchions; 2 ashlar gate piers in centre with moulded capping arid wrought iron gate
with scroll-work centre piece.
Small courtyard to left and beyond that stables to north with rustic gate piers. A
complete country merchant's house of the period.
