Cottage. C16 and C17. Glebe House on 1:2500 O.S. Map. Part of
wall rebuilt C20. Described from gable end away from road. House
part, coursed limestone rubble with rectangular ashlar stack with
moulded top, from gable end to road. Tall ashlar stack with
moulded top and skirting towards described gable end. Limestone
slate roof. House part has cross passage from left to right and
stable extension to right of described facade. One storey and
attic lit by C19/C20 dormers from roof space. 4-light, hollow-
chamfered, stone mullioned window with central king mullion and
metal casements with glazing bars. 2-light, hollow-chamfered
window over with rounded heads to lights and carved out spandrels.
Leaded panes. One light with some original window glass. Single
light over. Flat chamfered 4-centred arched doorway with original,
unpainted, plank door with strap hinges lower right.
