Small detached house of C17. Random rubble limestone with stone
slate roof; ashlar chimney on parapet gable. Single-storey with
attic; two rooms with gable fireplace. Front wall has one recessed
chamfered mullioned window at low level. 2-light attic window in
south gable end, but ground floor doorway, porch and window are
C20. Included primarily for group value. The C20 extension to the
east is not of special interest.
