GV II
Pedestal tomb. Late C18 or early C19. Sandstone with limestone
ends. Ends have square raised inscription panels with cross-
fluting above; inscriptions illegible. Projecting panels on
sides with rosettes in quadrant corners; ribbon bow and floral
decoration on end returns. Cavetto moulded top and cyma moulded
base with rectangular sub-base. Inscribed on north side to THOMAS
YOUNG, died 1795, and ANN his wife, died 1823; and on south side
to THOMAS YOUNG, died 1808.
