12.7.67 Wesleyan Chapel (formerly
II listed as Methodist Chapel)
Wesleyan Chapel. Dated 1861. Coursed rubble gritstone with coped gables,
moulded kneelers and a Welsh slated roof. Single storey, two bays with advanced
gabled porch to centre, with moulded kneelers and copings, and a massive flush
surround to doorway. Tall rectangular windows to chapel with leaded glazings
within heavily tooled surround.
