Cottage. Early C19, Coursed gritstone rubble with quoins. Flush gritstone dressings. Stone slate roof. Rock faced gable end stone stacks. Two storeys, two bays.
West elevation - off-centre doorcase with flush lintel and jambs. Plank door. Adjacent to north two-light flush mullion window with arched leaded lights. Similar larger window to south. Two similar windows above. Included for group value.
