Farmhouse. Early C18, altered in C19. Coursed squared gritstone. Gritstone dressings. Stone slate roof. Stone gable end and ridge stacks. Two storeys. South elevation - double fronted. Central doorcase with segmental, arched top. Small paned fanlight over door. To either side C19 plain sashes. Over, to either side, three-light flush mullion windows with plain sashes. To north, street, elevation - central semi-circular headed two storey stairwell window with glazing bar sashes. To east inserted door and three-light recessed and chamfered mullion window. To west similar four-light window. Above to either side three-light chamfered mullion windows.
