Cottage. Mid-C18. Coursed rubble limestone with gritstone dressings, coped south
east gable with moulded kneeler, truncated stone ridge stack at north west end. Stone
slates and Welsh slates. L-plan. North east elevation: two storeys, single bay
with 2-light flush mullioned window with C19 casements above mid-C19 window with
heavy lintel and glazing bars to fixed lights. South east gable retains C18
surrounds to 2-light window, and one mullion. Catslide roof to south west elevation
covers entrance lobby. Small fire window to ground and first floors, upper one now
blocked. Listed for group value only.'
