House. Late C17. Painted stone rubble with slate roof. Two storeys, two bays.
Windows have casements; fire window to left and central flat-topped
half-dormer. Plain entrance. Gable-end stacks. Right return has entrance and
window with 2-light wooden chamfered-mullioned frame; similar window to left
return. C19 rear extension with sashed windows and large paired doors.
INTERIOR: has two cruck trusses exposed at 1st floor level. Fireplace has spice
cupboard, the door inscribed: " TM 1689" and another cupboard to side wall.
Stud and plaster partition, the plaster panels with simple line borders, traces
of similar pattern above fireplace bressummer. Spiral stone stair. 1st floor
has plank and muntin partitions with 2-panel doors.
