30m to west of
Flodder Hall (q.v.)

Outbuilding. Probably C18. Stone rubble with some large quoins to south end,
slate roof. East elevation has 2 entrances, one has door with ventilation
slots. North end of 1st floor has 5-light wooden chamfered-mullioned window, no
glazing. South gable end has steps to 1st floor entrance. West elevation has
later timber open-fronted shed attached.
