Barn. Probably C17 or earlier. Stone rubble with slate roof. L-plan.
North-east wing has barn entrance and entrance to left hand end with window to
right. South-east wing has gable end with lean-to outshut to right hand end.
Interior not inspected but said to be of 5 and 3 bays, cruck trusses on low
stone piers against walls. A rare example of a cruck framed barn in this part
of Cumbria.
