House. Early C18 with later C18 extension to south-west. Stone rubble, the
front whitewashed, and slate roof. The lower part flagged. North-west
elevation of 2 storeys, 4 bays, the 2nd 2 bays later. Windows to 1st 2 bays are
smaller, those to 1st floor lower; all windows are sashed with vertical glazing
bars. Plain entrance to 2nd bay, that between 3rd and 4th bays has gabled porch
with segmental arch; 2-panel door with bolection moulding and latch. Gable-end
stacks and cross-axial stack. Rear has gabled wing with lean-to outshut to
right return which projects under single-pitch roof. C20 lean-to
conservations. Interior has spice-cupboard door reading: "IME/1721".
Cross-axial stack has projecting breast in later part of house.
