Ulpha Bridge

Bridge over River Duddon. Date uncertain, probably C17 or C18. Stone rubble.
3 segmental arches, 2 to east are for flood water. Thin voussoirs; central
arch has 2nd ring of voussoirs to centre on south side. Parapets are later,
with flat coping. North side has boundary stone with vertical inscriptions:
"ULPHA" and "SEATHWAITE". Also stone inscribed: "CC/ULPHA/BRIDGE".
