Chapel, being renovated at time of survey (Jan. 1984); c1864. Rough-dressed
coursed, squared, rubble on chamfered plinth; buttresses. Steeply-pitched
graduated slate roof with gabled bellcote to south end; stone copings and
kneelers to gables. Latin Cross plan; single tall storey, 3 bays. Lower vestry
to centre on east side. North and south ends each have a door, with pointed
head, under a shallow, gabled porch; south porch has single, squat, polished
granite column, with foliate capital, to each jamb. Single-light windows with
cusped heads except for projecting central west bay which has large, traceried,
window.
