Lych gate and quadrant walls to churchyard entrance; c1903 by J.H. Martindale
(Carlisle). Snecked rubble wall c3 ft high with chamfered coping, ramped to
corners. Braced wooden superstructure to gate stands on battered stone plinths;
graduated slate roof with gablets. Double wooden gate. Wall topped by 18 ins
high wrought-iron railings with scrollwork decoration; corners topped by
cast-iron lamp supports. Included for group value.
