NY 50 SW LONG SLEDDALE

Farmhouse. Probably late C17 or early C18. Limewashed rubble with protruding
through stones; graduated green slate roof with stone ridge; 2 end chimney
stacks with slate drips, right hand one corbelled. C20 glazed door in central
porch with rubble walls, pitched slate roof and side benches. C20 casements to
either side under segmental arches, 2 C20 casements above, all in keeping.
Interior has chamfered oak beams with plain end stops, small oak dog-leg stair
with square newels, ingle-nook fireplace, some late C17 panelling and a plain
spice cupboard.
