Gateway, wall and mounting block. Gateway C16, wall C18. Gateway:
red brick. Moulded 4-centred arched architrave in square-headed
frame with hood-mould over. Plain shaped gable above. Wall:
flint on galletted stone, brick-coped plinth, coped in brick with
dentilled brick cornice. Stands to height of about 7 feet,
extending 1½ yards to left and about 12 yards to right of gateway.
Mounting block: to right of gate. Stone, with 3 steps parallel
to wall.
