Painted weatherboarded elevation of 2 storeys. Random stone plinth with
brick quoins. Projecting eaves and gutter. Ridge Welsh slate roof.
Large C18 panelled coach house doors to left on ground floor with
covered way leading through to yard to rear of Vine House. Projecting
brick chimney stack to right. Modern panelled door in centre and small
casement to extreme right. 3 modern casements on 1st floor. Modern
lean-to garage addition to right.

No 1 (Vine House), the Garden Wall, Railings and No 3 form a group.
