Steeply-pitched hipped tiled roof. Two casement windows. Gabled modern porch.
Interior contains inglenook fireplace. Originally called Stone Street Farmhouse
and renamed after a farmer who lived there and was nicknamed 'Slippery Sam'
as he was the head of the gang of smugglers known as the Hawkhurst Gang.
