Formerly the gardener's Cottage to Broome Park. C17 with later alterations. Two storeys. Timber-framed with brick casing, rendered to front. Rear elevation partly tile hung. Tile roof with brick stacks. Casement windows. Interior has ceiling beams and inglenook fireplace. The garden includes tie circular brick pathway of a donkey pump.
