Water-mill and farmhouse. Late C18. Brick in English garden wall bond,
whitewashed, pantiled roof. Watermill has 2 storeys and attics,
approximately square on plan. Boarded door to right, inserted C20 window to
left. 6-pane window under segmental head to first floor. Stepped brick
eaves cornice, end stack to right, plain close verges. Interior stripped of
machinery and undershot wheel, formerly in chamber to left. Farmhouse of
2 storeys, 3 bays. Symmetrical elevation: C20 door and glazing throughout.
Wedge lintels to ground floor window. End stack, plain close verges. Mill
farmhouse included for group considerations.
