Chapel. Early C19. Red brick, stuccoed, with slate roof. Single storey,
single bay. Central 4-panel double-leaf door, in architrave with cornice on
consoles enriched with foliage ornament, flanked by round-headed niches, all
under low pediment. Interior: large round-headed niche to west wall.
Round-headed niche flanked by square-headed niches to each side wall.
Remains of plaster tunnel-vault. Disused and derelict at time of re-survey.
