2 storey, part mediaeval stonework, part late C17 or early C18 brick, the whole
now painted. The 2 upper windows date from the C18. Pantile roof with 2 dormers.
No 42 has modern window in ground storey, and modern door. No 44 has a late C18
shop front consisting of 2 bow windows (glazing bars missing from 1 bow) separated
by small entrance. Door of 6 fielded panels beneath 3-light blocked rectangular
fanlight. The small cornice over the windows, and the larger cornice over all,
are both ornamented with a design of small Gothic arches. Graded for shop front.

Nos 16 to 46 (even), 46A, 48 to 64 (even), 64A. 66 to 100 (even) form a group.
